I charge $15 per hour of research and $0.40 per mile. You will not be charged the hourly rate until I have reached my destination. Minimum is 2 hours of research.

I also have flat rate fees for look-ups and copies.

• Estate/Administration Files $10.00 + $0.25 per copy
• Naturalization Records $10.00 + $1.00 per copy
• Marriage Records from courthouse $5.00 + $1.00 per copy
• Land Record $7.50 + $1.00 per copy
• Mortgage Record $7.50 + $1.00 per copy
• Guardianship Records $10.00 + $1.00 per copy
• Obituary (if you know date or month/year) $5.00 + $0.25 per copy
• Abstracts of wills, estates and guardianships for one surname $5 per file
• Abstracts of land records for one surname $2 per record
• Abstracts of marriage records for one surname $2 per record
